Most of our space is configured as flex units — part finished office, part open warehouse — because that's what growing local businesses actually need: a place to run the business and a place to store or build what it sells.

Before you sign anything, you'll know the rate, the term, and exactly who's responsible for what — utilities, trash, maintenance. We'd rather answer questions up front than field complaints after move-in.
